Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon dried culinary lavender buds
  • 1 liter filtered water
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gently rinse the fresh blueberries.
  2. Place the blueberries and lavender buds into a large pitcher.
  3. Pour the filtered water over the berries and lavender.
  4. Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight, to allow the flavors to infuse.
  6. Serve chilled, with or without ice.

Notes

  • You can gently muddle a few blueberries before adding water for a stronger flavor.
  • Adjust the amount of lavender to your preference; too much can taste soapy.
  • This water tastes best when consumed within 24 hours.
