Ingredients
Scale
1 cup unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Place the softened butter in a large mixing bowl.
Add the powdered sugar, honey, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract to the bowl.
Using an electric mixer, beat the ingredients on medium speed until the mixture is light, fluffy, and completely combined, about 2 to 3 minutes.
Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed during mixing.
Transfer the finished butter to an airtight container or shape it into a log using plastic wrap.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow it to firm up slightly.
Notes
Use room temperature butter; if the butter is too cold, the mixture will not whip properly.
For a slightly saltier flavor, you can substitute 1/4 cup of the unsalted butter with salted butter.
This butter pairs well with warm dinner rolls, pancakes, waffles, or sweet potatoes.
