Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 loaf of store-bought biscuit dough (like Pillsbury Grands)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a bundt pan or a loaf pan.
  2. Open the biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
  3. In a bowl, combine the melted butter and everything bagel seasoning.
  4. Add the biscuit pieces to the butter mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Arrange half of the coated biscuit pieces in the bottom of the prepared pan.
  6. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese and half of the chives (if using) over the biscuit pieces.
  7. Add the remaining coated biscuit pieces on top.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining cheese and chives over the top layer.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the loaf is golden brown and cooked through.
  10. Let the loaf cool in the pan for a few minutes before inverting it onto a serving plate.
  11. Serve warm and enjoy pulling apart the cheesy, seasoned bites.

Notes

  • For an extra cheesy loaf, you can add a layer of cream cheese between the biscuit layers.
  • Feel free to experiment with different types of cheese like Monterey Jack or a blend.
  • This loaf is best served fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for a day or two. Reheat gently in the oven or microwave.
