These Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings are incredibly flavorful and easy to make. They’re coated in a rich garlic butter sauce and tossed with savory Parmesan cheese, making them the perfect appetizer or game-day snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds chicken wings, flats and drumettes separated
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Season them evenly with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the seasoned wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the wings are golden brown and cooked through.
  5. While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  6. Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  7. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
  8. Once the wings are cooked, transfer them to a large bowl.
  9. Pour the garlic butter sauce over the wings and toss to coat them evenly.
  10. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley to the bowl. Toss again until the wings are well coated with the cheese and herbs.
  11. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Garlic Parmesan Wings!

Notes

  • For crispier wings, you can broil them for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking, watching them closely to prevent burning.
  • Feel free to adjust the amount of garlic to your preference.
  • If you don’t have fresh parsley, you can use dried parsley, but use about half the amount.
