Ingredients
Scale
1 (10.5 ounce) bag milk chocolate chips
1 (10 ounce) bag mini marshmallows
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Graham crackers, for dipping
Fruit slices, for dipping
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Lightly grease a 10-inch oven-safe skillet with butter.
Spread the chocolate chips evenly over the bottom of the prepared skillet.
Dot the top of the chocolate chips with the remaining butter, broken into small pieces.
Sprinkle the vanilla extract and salt over the chocolate.
Arrange the mini marshmallows in a single layer over the chocolate layer.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the chocolate is fully melted and the marshmallows are puffed and golden brown on top. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
Remove from the oven. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve immediately with graham crackers and fruit for dipping.
Notes
You can use dark chocolate chips if you prefer a less sweet dip.
If you want extra browning on the marshmallows, briefly place the skillet under the broiler for the last minute, watching constantly.
This dip is best eaten right away while hot and gooey.
