Ingredients
Scale
1/2 cup soy sauce (low sodium if preferred)
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, thyme, pepper, and orange juice until well combined.
Place your pork chops in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish.
Pour the marinade over the pork chops, ensuring they are fully coated.
Seal the bag or cover the dish.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to overnight for deeper flavor.
Remove pork chops from the marinade, discard the remaining liquid, and pat them dry before cooking.
Notes
For grilling, cook over medium heat until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
For baking, cook at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes, depending on thickness.
If you prefer a honey-mustard flavor, substitute 1 tablespoon of the soy sauce with 1 tablespoon of honey.
