Ingredients
Scale
12 oz white chocolate chips
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
Green food coloring
1 oz dark chocolate chips (optional, for drizzling)
Green sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
Stir in the peppermint extract.
Add a few drops of green food coloring and stir until you achieve your desired shade of green.
Pour the green white chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer, about 1/4 inch thick.
If using, melt the dark chocolate chips and drizzle them over the green chocolate.
Immediately sprinkle with green sprinkles, if desired.
Let the bark set at room temperature for about 30 minutes, or until firm.
Once set, break the bark into pieces.
Notes
You can use milk or dark chocolate for the base instead of white chocolate.
Adjust the amount of peppermint extract to your preference.
For a richer mint flavor, add a drop of green food coloring with a mint flavor.
