Ingredients
Scale
1 ½ cups peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
12 oz white chocolate chips
2 cups mini pretzels
½ cup salted peanuts
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set it aside.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the peanut butter and white chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
Gently stir the mini pretzels and salted peanuts into the melted peanut butter and chocolate mixture until all pieces are coated.
Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it evenly.
Refrigerate the bark for 2 to 3 hours, or until it is completely firm.
Once set, break the bark into pieces of your preferred size. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
For an extra crunch, you can use chunky peanut butter instead of creamy.
If you prefer dark chocolate, substitute the white chocolate chips with dark chocolate chips.
