Enjoy a warm, gooey chocolate brownie dip baked in a skillet, topped with melted marshmallows and graham crackers. It’s a perfect dessert for sharing.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 8 graham crackers, broken into pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch cast-iron skillet.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter and granulated sugar until well combined.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
  6. Spread the brownie batter evenly into the prepared skillet.
  7. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the batter.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is still slightly gooey.
  9. Remove the skillet from the oven and immediately top with the mini marshmallows and graham cracker pieces.
  10. Return the skillet to the oven for another 2-3 minutes, or until the marshmallows are puffed and lightly golden.
  11. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving directly from the skillet.

Notes

  • Serve warm with your favorite dippers like fruit, pretzels, or cookies.
  • For an extra rich flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
  • You can toast the marshmallows under the broiler for a few seconds if you prefer them more browned, but watch them closely to prevent burning.
