Ingredients
Scale
1 (750 ml) bottle chilled Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blackberries
1/4 cup elderflower liqueur (or triple sec)
2 tablespoons granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
1/2 cup sparkling water or club soda (optional, for serving)
Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish
Instructions
Combine the sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries in a large pitcher.
Pour the chilled white wine and the elderflower liqueur over the fruit.
Stir in the granulated sugar until it dissolves slightly.
Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
Before serving, taste the sangria and add a little more sugar if needed.
Serve the sangria over ice, topping each glass with a splash of sparkling water if desired, and garnish with fresh mint sprigs.
Notes
Use a dry white wine like Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc for the best crisp flavor.
If you do not have elderflower liqueur, you can substitute it with an equal amount of brandy or clear rum for a different flavor profile.
For extra citrus notes, add one thinly sliced lemon or lime to the fruit mix before chilling.
