Turn your healthy breakfast into a fun, frozen grab-and-go option with these Yogurt Granola Popsicles. They make starting your day exciting.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • Granola
  • Fruit (optional, e.g., berries)
  • Sweetener (optional, e.g., honey or maple syrup)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, gently mix your yogurt, granola, and any optional fruit or sweetener. Do not overmix; you want clusters of granola.
  2. Spoon the mixture into popsicle molds. Press down lightly to eliminate large air pockets, but keep the texture slightly chunky.
  3. Insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold.
  4. Place the molds in the freezer.
  5. Freeze for at least 4 to 6 hours, or until completely solid.
  6. To serve, briefly run the outside of the mold under warm water.
  7. Enjoy your frozen breakfast treat.

Notes

  • Use Greek yogurt for a thicker popsicle texture.
  • If your fruit is wet, pat it dry before adding it to the mixture.
  • Adjust the amount of granola based on how crunchy you like your pops.
